I am SUPER passionate about perinatal mental health and relational (complex) trauma. They are much more related areas than people often first think. I have done countless professional development and trainings in these areas and dedicate my time to constantly updating my knowledge around EMDR, trauma, attachment and perinatal work.

I am lucky enough to have US based guru Robin Shapiro as my regular EMDR consultant (just google her!). Much of my work is influenced by her ego state therapy and preverbal work, and her sometimes unconventional (real) approaches to therapy.

In my spare time one of the things I enjoy to do is nature and wildlife photography. Research shows that just two hours in nature a week improves mood. Here’s one of my photos from Norfolk Island below.
